Detailed insights, slow support response

I opted for the Premium Membership specifically for the Cash Flow Analytics and the Multi-Bureau Monitoring. The Financial Health Dashboard is incredibly comprehensive, providing a clear snapshot of my business's standing. I also liked the Vendor Credit Building feature; it's a practical way to manage trade references. My only real gripe was with customer support; I had a question about one of the Credit Limit Increase Tools, and it took about two days to get a response. Once they did respond, the help was good, but the initial wait was a bit frustrating. Overall, the platform delivers on its promises for detailed financial oversight and credit building.

Good features, slow setup

I signed up for the Premium Membership last month to try out the Business Credit Monitoring and Capital Funding Access. The features themselves seem solid, especially the multi-bureau monitoring. However, getting everything set up and linked took a bit longer than I expected. Customer support was helpful when I called, but it wasn't an instant fix. Overall, I'm satisfied with the tools, but the onboarding could be smoother.

Simple credit monitoring

Used the Business Credit Monitoring. It was easy to set up. Reports came quickly. Good for keeping an eye on things.

Capital Card is a game changer!

Wow, the FairFigure Capital Card is fantastic! I applied last week and got approved super fast. It's already helping my cash flow, and the Credit Limit Increase Tools are exactly what my business needed. I'm telling all my fellow small business owners about this. Definitely using them again for everything!

Consistent service, reliable reports

This is my third year with FairFigure. I've been using their Business Credit Building Platform and have seen consistent improvements in my Fundability Score. The Credit Bureau Reporting has always been on time, and the Financial Health Dashboard gives a clear overview. I renewed my annual plan because they've been reliable. They actually added some new Financial Insights since my last review, which is a nice touch.

How does FairFigure compare to Nav? I've been looking at both and can't decide.

D David 2 months ago
FairFigure felt more focused on building the credit itself and the Capital Card was a big draw. Nav is good for monitoring but FF felt more proactive for me.

I tried both. FairFigure's fundability score and the Capital Card really stood out. Nav is okay, but FF's tools felt more integrated for actual credit building. Also, the vendor credit building aspect of FF is super helpful.

I'm looking at the Capital Card. Is it hard to qualify for? What kinda requirements are they looking for?

C Colin 1 month ago
I think they mostly look at your business history and cash flow. Not as strict as a traditional bank loan, from my experience. It was pretty straightforward to apply.

Yeah, they check your business's financial health, not so much your personal credit score which is nice. Just make sure your business has some activity.

Anyone know how long it usually takes to see results with the business credit building? Like, from zero to something decent?

M Mark B. 2 months ago
It's not instant, but I started seeing improvements within 3-4 months, mainly because of the net-30 reporting.

Depends on where you're starting from. If you're building from scratch, I'd say give it at least 6 months to really show up on the credit bureaus. They do report pretty regularly though.

Are there any current discounts for the premium membership? Trying to decide if I should jump on it now or wait.

T Tara Q. 1 month ago
I got a referral bonus when I signed up, might be worth asking around if anyone has a link. Saved me a bit.

They often have stuff during Q1 or end of year. Sometimes a first month free or a percentage off the annual plan. Check their social media or sign up for emails, that's where I usually see the offers.

Does FairFigure pull your personal credit when you sign up or apply for stuff?

R Rachel L. 2 months ago
Naw, they focus on the business credit side. They didn't pull my personal credit when I signed up for the monitoring service.

J June P. 2 months ago
Pretty sure they don't do personal credit pulls. That's one of the reasons I went with them actually, didn't want another hit on my personal score.

Thinking of signing up for FairFigure. Is it actually legit or just another scam trying to get my business info?

R Renee 2 months ago
Nah, it's legit. Been using it for about six months for my small biz and it's helped a ton with understanding my credit score. They're real.

D Dana Torres 2 months ago
Totally legit. They report to the main business credit bureaus, so it's not some fly-by-night operation. My fundability score actually went up after a few months.
